About Me and My Approach

As a licensed massage therapist, I’ve developed a style that balances relaxation with focused techniques tailored to your body and goals. I often incorporate techniques such as trigger point therapy, heat, stretching, myofascial cupping, and more to help ease tension and encourage comfort and awareness. My background in anatomy and physiology helps me work thoughtfully with different bodies, while staying realistic about what massage can provide.

I’m happy to discuss your goals or concerns before your session to ensure it’s a good fit for you.

Accommodations

Your comfort is my priority. Everyone’s needs are unique, and I’m happy to adapt sessions to make sure you feel at ease. Whether you have mobility challenges, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, or skin conditions like psoriasis or eczema, we can tailor your session to suit your preferences. Adjustments may include fully clothed massage, avoiding specific areas, or modifying techniques for your comfort.

Inclusion & Respect

Every body deserves care and respect. Regardless of size, shape, appearance, or background, massage therapy is a tool to support well-being and help you feel your best. I am committed to maintaining a professional, judgment-free space where all clients feel safe and welcomed.

All sessions respect physical and emotional boundaries—any inappropriate behavior or boundary violations will not be tolerated.
